Tech Takeover (Grades 2-4)
Do you enjoy technology? We do, too! Learn the basics of coding and technology while using some awesome robots and games. By the end of the day, campers will experience basic blockly coding and understand computer language a little better!
STEM Learning Goal: Gain an understanding and appreciation of computer sciences. Develop coding skills through basic drag-and-drop blockly based coding.
Lights, Camera, Animate (Grades 2-4)
Spend your day creating your own world. Construct characters, plots, and scenery for your very own movie. Learn about special effects and the equipment that makes it possible to make movies.
STEM Learning Goals: Develop an understanding of how films are made including set design, clothing, special effects, and more. Expand skills through completing a short film as a class to showcase learned material.
Winter Wonders (Grades 2-4)
This day is dedicated to imagination and creativity. Discover the invention process and go to work. Use your knowledge to build frosty creations!
STEM Learning Goals: Using the engineering design process, build winter-themed creations to expand engineering skills and knowledge of the design process.
SciArt (Grades 5-8)
Learn about the connections between art and science while making some awesome creations! Take ideas from nature while getting to try new techniques and mediums to create your own masterpieces!
STEM Learning Goals: Increase interest and understanding of STEM fields through art. Develop skills through creating chemical and physical reactions.
Re-Imagine It! (Grades 5-8)
Let your creativity soar as we explore the Maker Design Cycle to re-imagine what every-day objects could be used for! Learn about how engineering and art combine in the MAKER mentality.
STEM Learning Goal: Using the engineering design process, build creations to expand engineering skills and knowledge of the design process.
3D Adventure (Grades 5-8)
How does 3D creation work? Get the opportunity to design your very own 3D model through various mediums. 3D printed models your camper creates will be available within two weeks of the camp.
STEM Learning Goal: Develop ability to use 3D software through hands-on designing and printing. Expand creative and problem-solving skills, creating 3D designs in a computer-based format and implementing projects using various materials.

Game Design Studio (Grades 5-8)
Discover the language of computers! Learn how to code through game design.
STEM Learning Goals: Gain an understanding and appreciation of computer sciences. Develop coding skills through basic drag-and-drop blockly based coding, as well as line-by-line based coding.
Snow Stories (PreK - 1st Grade)
Make your favorite snowy stories come to life! Explore the real and imagined as we use our STEM knowledge to create a play during this half-day adventure.
STEM Learning Goals: Increase interest and create positive STEM connections to popular stories.
The Shortest Day (PreK - 1st Grade)
Uncover the science behind the reason for the season- the tilt of the Earth. The beginning of winter is marked by the solstice, the shortest day of the year. Campers will investigate the traditions and meaning behind the celebration of the winter solstice.
STEM Learning Goals: Develop an understanding of how the earth moves around the sun, and how this movement affects our life on earth.

ART-splosion! (PreK - 1st Grade)
What do you get when you mix art and science? An Art-Splosion! Experiment with colors, and learn how they change hue.
STEM Learning Goals: Identify primary and secondary colors through hands-on experiments. Develop an appreciation of the combination of art and science.
Winter Skies (PreK - 1st Grade)
Examine the sky above us and the precipitation that creates a winter wonderland! Learn about winter constellations and create your own.
STEM Learning Goals: Through hands-on activities, increase knowledge in the fields of meteorology and astronomy.
Hibernation Habits (PreK - 1st Grade)
Follow the journey of several of our animal friends as we learn how some animals survive in the cold winter weather.
STEM Learning Goals: Using “The Mitten” as a guide, increase knowledge of animal adaptations during the winter season.
Artic Animals (PreK - 1st Grade)
It’s a cold, harsh winter, so how do animals survive? Investigate the animals that live in the cold, and learn about hibernation, migration and tracking
STEM Learning Goals: Increase knowledge of the movement of animals in winter through hands-on activities.
Robot Buddies (Pre-K - 1st Grade)
Robots are so cool! Create your very own “robot” friend, and get to try out some real robots.
STEM Learning Goals: Increase interest in robotics. Gain experience and knowledge with gears, basic coding, engineering and more.
